Fufilled Promises‏

Hola familia!

We had a really great week. Taught lots of lessons, found some miraculous
news, we pormised our zone something and the promised was fufilled, the
zone is improving, I went to Málaga and back in one day, and we were guided
by His Spirit all week. Super good week. The last month or so the zone has
been struggling with getting baptismal commitments and dates with
investigators. So we made them a promise. If they were exactly obedient and
worked hard, by the end of the week they would have one more fecha than
they did at that current moment. Everyone went to work and started paying
more attention to obedience and the miracles started coming! By the end of
the week there were only 3 companionships that didn´t have fechas, everyone
else had set at least one. My faith grew a lot from that experience. When
we do our part, the Lord ALWAYS comes through on his part.

So another miracle we saw this week were two news. They are Begoña and
Carlos, references from a member in Murcia. Begoña is sick and wanted a
blessing of health. We gave her the blessing and taught her about the
Restoration. She totally loved it and said thay we had brought a lot of
peace with us. We´re going back this evening to teach her more about Joseph
Smith and Plan of Salvation. They´re a miraculous couple, having gone
through lots of trials and they have a little miracle baby after the
doctors told her she´d never have kids. They´re so so prepared for the
Gospel. When they come to church, they´re going to love it and I´m certain
they will be baptized.

I went to Málaga to pick up my new residency card. We have to renew every
year and the renewal process takes place in Málaga. So I took a 4 hour
train ride from Sevilla to Málaga, had a 30 min. appointment at the police
department, and then got back on the train for another 4 hours. Hardly lost
any time in my area! It was a long stinking trip though. This part of Spain
has some really prett country though, all of Cadiz is very beautiful.

So now the plan for this week is to continue with the fire from last week
and keep motivating the zone to continue working hard. We´ve decided to do
an "hour of finding" type deal. Every day when we plan, we´re going to plan
from 8-9 only plans to find new investigators. When 8 oclock rolls around,
we´re going to start that hour with a prayer and then go find new
investigators! We have faith that the Lord will guide us during these hours
so that we can all find new investigators and help even more people get
baptized. I¨m really excited about this plan. I know the Lord will give us
many more miracles like He did last week.

So that´s that family. I hope you have a fabulous week. I have been hearing
lots of cool quotes recently, and I would like to share one of them with
you. It´s very likely that you´ve already heard it, but that´s alright,
Elder Webb just has a really slow system. Don´t forget to seeking out those
spiritual experiences! Go have experiences with God and grow closer unto
him! I love you all so much!
