Happy happy happy

Hola Familia!

A big ol´ shout out to my mom, happy Mothers Day! It was great to get to talk to my wonderful mom and dad, I love you both a lot. Nuff said. So what was the week like? Pretty dang crazy let me tell you what. We had a total of 3 and half days out of our area. We were at leadership council, then dealt with some zone problems, then had zone training meeting; lot´s of traveling this week! But at the end of the week, the Lord helped us and we got some good things done. Three of our investigators came to church this week, but one of them and a large group of lessa actives that are all friends left church early to go to the beach. Dang beach. It´s okay though, at least they came at all!

So we talked about our purpose and the upcoming Month of Invitation with our zone. We need to fully understand our purpose and teach the WHOLE doctrine of Christ. Sometimes we get focused on just one part (baptisms) t hat we miss the other equally important parts. We also made pancakes for the whole zone which they rightly loved. We made so many stinking cakes. Two pancake chefs are roaming around southern Spain now, so watch out because they might baptize you at the same time!

We have 5 people with baptismal fechas right now, three of them have real real potential. Haider is 14 and wants to be baptized because he wants to do it by the proper authority. Gisel is also 14 and wants to be baptized because she really likes church and the people there and always feels good when she comes. Those are some pretty powerful testimonies from people so young! I love teaching them because they love learning. Please pray hard for them. There is also MariCarmen, the mother of a recent convert boy. We shared the lesson of the first vision with here and she LOVED it. Her and her friend got chills as I shared the first vision and they said they loved the feeling in the room as we spoke. She committed to come to church and to mroe fully look into the church. She didn´t come yesterday because the member that was going to give her a ride couldn´t make it because of a sick child. Life happens! But there´s always another oportunidad. We´ll be teaching them Wednesday, so please pray for them!

Today is my companion Elder Curtis´ birthday. He turned 20 years old and is a huge goofball and sometimes I think that he is turning 12. samuelcurtis@myldsmail.net is his email if you want to drop him a quick happy birthday line. I´m sure he´d love that. We´re going to go to the county fair thing today and it´ll be super cool. They´ve been setting up for weeks for this, and there will be a lot of dancing horses. I love horsies!

Anyway, I love you family, I hope you have a really great week this week. Please pray for our investigators so they have the blessings of the Lord! Seek after those spiritual experiences and invite the Spirit into your lives! I´ll talk to ya´ll next week! Loves.

Elder Webb
